摘　　要：2000年以来,中职教师在职攻读硕士学位制度在我国获得了较快发展,有效提高了我国中等职业学校的师资质量,但在其培养的各个环节,包括学位、目标、招生、课程、教学、管理、学员、导师、毕业、模式等方面也都出现了一系列矛盾。对此,我国相关部门应立足现实、联系实际,逐步解决上述矛盾,完善中职教师在职攻读硕士学位制度。The institution of in-service teachers of secondary vocational schools pursing a master＇s degree in China developed very fast, which effectively enhance the teachers＂ force of secondary vocational schools. However, there appears a series of contradictions in various aspects of training, including degree, objectives, enrollment, curriculum, teaching, management, Students, tutors, graduate and patterns. In this regard, the relevant departments should base the reality and gradually solve the contradictions above and perfect the system of in-service teachers pursuing a master＇s degree.
