摘  要:目前中国大学的领导者至少应该完成"卓越的经营者、合格的公务员、优秀的教育家"三种责任角色的认知。在社会主义初级阶段的中国,大学领导者只要放下架子、克服浮躁、建立任期责任目标制、敢于承担起责任,就把握住了责任角色认知的关键。在此基础上,确定办学定位、优化与配置办学资源、提高运行效率与办学效益,就能很好地担当起大学领导者的现实责任和历史使命。At present, university leaders of China should at least complete the cognition of three responsibility roles, "the remarkable operator, the qualified official and the outstanding educationalist". The utilitarian scale expansion, and risking management by loan. In the initial stage of socialist China, so long as university leaders get off the high horse, overcome the fickleness, establish responsibility goal system in office and dare to undertake the responsibilities, they will grasp the key to the role cognition of their responsibilities. On this basis, they should determine the school localization, optimize and dispose school resources and enhance operating efficiency and the school benefits. Only in this way can university leaders better take on the realistic responsibilities and the historical mission as well.
