摘　　要：在全面推进素质教育的过程中,首先要转变思想观念,其次要着力培养高素质的教师,深化课堂教学的改革,加速考试评价制度的改革,使学生在打好知识基础的同时,学会求知,学会生活,学会创造,成为适应社会主义现代化建设需要的有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的一代新人。In the process of quality education, we firstly must convert our concept, and then train high quality teachers. Under the groundwork, we need to deepen reforms of classroom teaching and evaluation system of examination. While students are mastering basic knowledge, they need to learn how to obtain information, how to have a healthy life and how to create, thus becominge a new generation with ideal, moral, culture and discipline to realize our social modernization.
