中层干部医院管理知识培训效果评价

摘　　要：利用访谈、问卷调查、小组座谈调查资料,对上海六家医院联合开展"现代医院科学管理培训项目"医院中层干部管理知识培训实施情况进行评价。学员认为很有必要参加这样的培训,对设置的课程、教学方法等普遍认可。大家表示通过学习开拓了视野、转变了理念、更新了知识,并把学习到的知识溶于工作实践中去,医院的管理水平正在不断提高。培训达到了预期的效果:近期认知更新、中期行为改变、远期绩效改善。医院积累了培训工作的经验,并促进医院进一步完善干部的培训和考核工作。Training effectiveness of ＇modern hospital scientific management training project＇ conducted by 6 hospitals in Shanghai was evaluated by interview, focus group and questionnaire. Curriculum design and training methods were widely approved. Eyes were opened, theories were changed, skills were improved and be used in practice. Hospital management was rapidly improving and training was necessary. Currently, theories would be improved, medium,, behaviors would be changed and performance would be promoted in future.
