摘　　要：政治辅导员队伍是高校思想政治教育的骨干力量,但是"工作职责不明确"、"专业性不强"、"队伍不稳定"等问题一直困绕着这支队伍的建设,并造成辅导员队伍"非职业化"。加强辅导员队伍的"职业化"建设,应从完善选拔机制、建立培养体系、明确职责范围、加强考核管理、构筑工作平台等方面入手。The team of political instructors is the backbone in the ideological and political education in university. But for a long time, the construction of the group has been affected by many factors such as unclear duty, the unstable personnel and lacking in specialization. Factors above lead to a ＂non - professional＂ team of political instructors. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen professionalization construction of the group of political instructors through perfecting an select system, clearing duty, unified administration and assessment, constructing an work - platform.
