摘  要:对图存在f-因子的最小度条件进行了研究,得到了一个充分条件并推广了已有的结果.The films of rare earth(Y) silicide have been prepared by r.f.sputtering.There are an intense absorption peak at 865cm -1 and a weak at 462cm -1 in infrared absortion spectra of samples.After the samples were annealed at high temperature,the intense absorption peak almost unchange, but the weak one rise with increasing annealing temperature. That the intense absorption peak at 865cm -1 is attributed to vibrating of YSi 2 bond and the weak peak at 462cm -1 ia due to that of YSi.
