摘　　要：严峻的就业形势折射出高职教育存在诸多问题。高职院校要以就业为导向,培养学生的综合素质。在具体实施过程中,要改革课程设置,提高学生职业能力;通过校企合作,提高学生岗位适应性和实际动手能力;推行"双证书"制,强化技能训练,使学生具有宽口径、多角色的适应能力,从而以较高的综合素质来提高高职毕业生的就业竞争力。The serious situation of employment reflects there is many questions exist in higher vocational education. Higher vocational college should train the students＇ general quality in accordance with employment-oriented. In the concrete course, innovate the curriculum for improving students＇ vocational abilities; through the scho01-enterprise to enhance their post suitability and practice operation ability; carry out ＂double-certificate＂ to strengthen skill training. Thus make students possess wide calibre and multi-role adaptability and competitive power.
