摘 要:当代的教师教育至少处在两大背景之中:一是知识经济,二是互联网络。在这两大背景的铺垫下,时代急需的创新教育找到了源头和实施工具。但从哲学的层面考虑,两者最后归结到一个核心,就是“人”,就是让哲学的认识论进入“人”的主体地位,并且围绕“人”展开一系列演绎。从而教师教育哲学观念上出现三大跨越:哲学理念从知本位到人本位,哲学时空从岗前教育到终身教育,哲学实践从自己聪慧到授人智慧。教育职业发展的前景展现在五个方面:未来教师职业将朝精英化方面发展,未来教师专业内容朝多学科方面发展,未来教师的专业培训将形成一些地域性的学术共同体,未来教师专业管理将趋向制度化建设,未来教师专业方向将向着学习化发展。there are at least two kinds of background facing with the contemporary teacher education. One is the knowledge economy, the other is the Internet. Under these two kinds of background, the innovation education finds its resources and tools. But at the same time, in the view of philosophy, the two kinds of background can be centralize to a core. That is 'the human being'. The philosophical theory of knowledge mainly pays attention to the subject status of ' the human being' and carries out a series of deduction. Therefore there are three spans in the philosophical concepts of the teacher education. The philosophical conviction transforms from the knowledge-based to the person-based. The philosophical time and space transforms from the pre-service education to the long-life education. The philosophical practice transforms from 'making myself intelligent' to 'making other people intelligent'. There are five aspects of perspectives in the educational professional development. The future teacher profession will develop towards the quintessence; the professional content of the future teacher will develop towards the multisubject;the professional training of the future teacher will from some regional learning community; the professional management of the future teacher will set up a systematic procedure; the professional direction of the future teacher will be academic.
