摘  要:“教师专业化”和“教师专业性”是近年来教师教育研究领域出现频率较高的词汇。英语教学及英语教师发展已成为公众关注的焦点和教育教学研究的热点。英语教师专业化发展的内容特殊性主要表现在教学认识、知识结构和教研意识方面,其发展策略主要有教学观察与反思、校本课程开发和行动研究。'The teacher specification' and 'the professional nature' have become the current words in teacher education in recent years. English and English teacher development have become the concerning focus and the hot spot in the teacher education research. The special contents of the professional development of English teachers include the teaching knowledge, the knowledge construction and the teaching and research consciousness. And the main developing strategies include the teaching observation and introspection, the schoolbased curriculum and the action research.
