摘 要:目的了解城市家庭内食源性疾病的发生状况及影响因素,提出在宣传教育中优先强化宣传的内容,达到降低和预防食源性疾病的目的。方法随机抽取北京市西城区部分居民,由经过培训的调查员进行问卷调查,所有的数据均采用Microsoft Excel软件建立数据库并进行分析。结果被调查者1528人中,165人近1个月内曾有过腹痛、腹泻、恶心呕吐等食源性疾病的症状,患病率为10.80%。结论目前食源性疾病的发生情况不容乐观,应该加强食品卫生知识的宣传,建立更完善的食源性疾病监测体系。Objective To study the current status of food-borne disease occurrence in families and its related factors and put forward suggestions for priority of its publicity to prevent and control of it. Methods Totally, 1 528 residents in Xicheng District of Beijing were selected for investigation with questionnaire by trained interviewers. All the data were processed and analyzed with Microsoft Excel software. Results One hundred and sixty-five of 1 528 residents investigated complained symptoms of food-borne disease in the last month, such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and so on, with an overall prevalence of 10.80% . Conclusion Current status in control of food-borne disease in Xicheng District was not so satisfactory. It is necessary to strengthen the publicity of food hygiene knowledge and establish and prefect the surveillance system of food-borne disease.
