摘  要:以含糖量为11g/100g的甜高粱秸秆为原料,采用固态发酵生产乙醇。工艺条件为:秸秆采用揉搓切碎机切至1~2cm,籽粒粉碎至60目,0.1MPa灭菌30min,接种10%的酵母种子,28℃静置培养48h。发酵醅酒精含量为5g/100g以上,平均酒精得率87.9%。添加20%籽粒淀粉发酵,发酵后酒精含量达9g/100g以上,平均酒精得率89.5%。Sweet sorghum stalk (sugar content as 11 g/100 g) was used as raw materials to produce ethanol by solid fermentation and the relative procedures were as follows: stalk minced to 1-2 cm in size by mincing machine and seed grinded to 60 comminution degree, 30 min sterilization under 0.1 MPa, inoculation with 10 % yeast, then 48 h stable placement at 28 ℃. Alcohol content in fermented grains was above 5 g/100 g and the average yield of ethanol was 87.9 %. The addition of 20 % sorghum seeds for fermentation could achieve 89.5 % yield of ethanol and alcohol content could reach above 9 g/100 g after the fermentation. (Trail. by YUE Yang)
