摘 要:对葡萄酒产区河北省昌黎县农村和非葡萄酒产区河北省清河县农村对葡萄酒消费情况进行调研。结果表明,葡萄酒在农村的消费较低,葡萄酒产业在农村发展缓慢,葡萄酒的农村消费市场并未真正建立;产区的农村葡萄酒消费要好于非产区农村。发展葡萄酒的农村消费市场应:①做好葡萄酒在农村的宣传和葡萄酒文化知识的普及工作;②规范葡萄酒中低端市场,杜绝假冒伪劣产品;③企业需做好农村市场调研,针对性开发农村消费产品;④用低价打开农村大市场。Grape wine consumption situations were investigated in countryside (including rural area in Changli, Hebei(as grape wine production area); and rural area in Qinghe, Hebei (as non-grape wine production area)). The survey report suggested that grape wine consumption in countryside still remained low levels, the development of grape wine industry in countryside was very slow, and grape wine consumption market in countryside had not been established (rural area in grape wine production area was better in grape wine consumption). In order to develop grape wine consumption market in countryside, the following recommendations were put forward: 1. strengthen commercial promotion and popularize grape wine knowledge in countryside; 2. normalize the medium-level and the low-level grape wine market to avoid fake grape wine products; 3. grape wine manufacturers should conduct more survey on rural grape wine market and develop corresponding grape wine products purposefully; 4. open more rural market by the strategy of low-price promotion.
