摘　　要：在关联理论的框架内，翻译是一个认知推理的交际过程，也应遵守关联原则。文化翻译应以最佳关联性为取向。充分考虑原文作者意图和译文读者的认知语境是使译文具有最佳关联性及文化翻译策略选择的决定性因素。In the framework of Relevance Theory, translation has been seen as cognitive inference. The principle of optimal relevance should be kept in cultural language author＇s intention and target language readers＇cognitive environments are a communicative process of translation. Both the source decisive in achieving optimal relevance of translation texts as well as the choice of cultural translation tactics.
