摘　　要：建立创新型国家需要培养大批德才兼备的创新型人才。创新型人才必须具备高尚的品格、高度的责任感,具有广博的知识、丰富的想象力,树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,掌握科学的方法论。人文教育在培养创新型人才中具有重要而不可替代的作用。高校必须进一步更新教育观念、改进课程体系、改革教学模式、营造人文环境,以促进创新型人才的不断成长与发展。It is necessary to develop a large quantity of creative talented persons who have abilities and morals in order to establish a creative country. Creative talented persons should possess an elevated character, a high sense of responsibility, and should have great knowledge and rich imagination. In addition, they should foster a correct outlook on the world, life and values and grasp a scientific methodology.humanistic education plays an important and irreplaceable role in developing creative talented persons. Universities should update education opinions further, improve curriculum systems, reform types of instruction and build human environments to promote the constant growths of creative talented persons.
