摘　　要：鸡腿菇多糖是鸡腿菇中重要的生物活性成分,本文就鸡腿菇多糖的制备、化学结构及鸡腿菇多糖的免疫药理作用、产品开发进行综述,并提出鸡腿菇多糖研究的发展方向。The polysaccharide is the important bioactivity ingredient of Coprinus corrtatus, The procedure of preparation, the chemical structure,the immune pharmacological action and the product exploitation were introduced in this paper, and its research in the future was also introduced,
