摘  要:目的:了解广东省沙门菌等几种重要食源性致病的耐药状况及耐药谱。方法:参照CLSI推荐的琼脂扩散法。结果:受试的72株沙门菌和6株O157:H7大肠杆菌中,分别只有1株对14种抗生素全部敏感。132株副溶血性弧菌中没有对这14种抗生素全部敏感的菌株。32株单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌对14种抗生素的敏感度较高,但25.0%的菌株同时对磺胺类和头孢曲松耐药。同时对5种以上抗生素耐药的菌株构成比:沙门菌为25.0%,有13种耐药谱;副溶血性弧菌为45.5%,有21种耐药谱;O157:H7大肠杆菌为83.3%,有4种耐药谱。结论:广东省4种食源性致病菌的耐药状况十分普遍。食物中毒分离株中产生多重耐药的比例较高。多重耐药株呈逐年上升的趋势。必须高度重视食源性致病菌的耐药性对食品安全及人类健康的影响。Objectitve:To investigate the antimicrobial susceptibility of pathogens in food -born diseases such as Salmonella in Gongdong Province (GD). Methods: According to the recommended standard guidance from CLSI (Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute) :Disk agar diffusion method ( K - B method). Results: None but 1 of 72 strains of Salmonella and E. coli O157:H7 was susceptible to all 14 antimicrobials. None of 132 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was susceptible to all 14 antimicrobials. Thirty -two strains of Listeria monocutogenes indicated a better susceptibility, but 25% of them were resistant to both sulfonamides and ceftriaxone. The ratios of strains which showed resistant to more than 5 antimicrobials were as below: 25% in Salmonella ,45.5% in Vibrio parahaemolyticus ,83.3% in E. coli O157:H7, and demonstratedl3,21,4 resistant types, respectively. Conclusion: We believed that the situations of antimicrobial susceptibility of food - born pathogens in GD should be very serious. High ratios of multiply - resistances were especially happened in the pathogens of food - poisoning, and the number of strains with multiply - resistances is tending to increase. So we need to pay more attention to the antimicrobial susceptibility of pathogens in food - born diseases which not only affecting food safety but also the health of human - being.
