摘　　要：回顾了西方职业生涯管理理论的发展脉络及我国高校职业生涯管理的研究现状,指出我国高校教师职业生涯的开发与管理还未引起应有的重视。论述了职业生涯管理对高校教师专业发展的意义,探讨了我国高校教师不同生涯阶段的特质及相应的生涯管理措施。This article briefly reviews the history of the occupation career management theory and present research, and elaborates the significance of occupation career management to teacher＇s professional development;and discusses the special characteristics of different career stages and the ways of corresponding career management.
