摘　　要：组织教学是课堂教学的重要组成部分,是保证教师上课正常有序进行和确保教学质量的一个基本条件。与教学方法和教学内容一样,教师如何"亮相"、如何使用声音、如何安排学生座位、如何对学生进行教学分组等同样值得对其进行深入的思考和分析。How to manage classroom teaching effectively is an essential component during a teaching process. It is also a basic condition to guarantee the good quality of both teaching and learning. Therefore, like teaching methods and teaching contents, teacher＇s appearance, seat arrangement, teacher＇s voiceusing and grouping method are all worth thinking and analyzing thoroughly.
