摘 要:科技创新团队不同于企业和一般的团队,是非传统的雇佣方式,由于其成员的特质和团队组建目标、方式、运作的差异,非常容易导致心理契约的违背,影响团队的效率和稳定性。本文以科技创新团队作为研究对象,结合科技创新团队成员的特质及其心理契约的差异性,分析科技创新团队心理契约违背的原因和做出的反应,提出重建心理契约的途径。Technology innovation team is different from enterprise and common team, it has special structure and employment form, As the idiosyncrasy of members and the distance between the team' s goal and operation, it is very easy to result in psychological contract violation and affect the efficiency and stability of the team . In this paper, we set technology innovation team as the study object, considering the idiosyncrasy of members and the differences in their psychological contract, We analyze the reason why the psychological contract is disobedient and the members' reaction. In the end, we suggest ways to rebuild the psychological contract.
