摘  要:目的探寻在全科医师规范化培训中行之有效的临床教学方法。方珐对学员进行培训前的基本理论知识和临床技能水平测试,设置一系列有针对性的培训项目,采用病例讨论、角色扮演法、模拟人操作实践等多种教学形式。通过对学员培训前后的基本理论知识和临床技能水平比较.评价教学方法的实施效果。结果根据学员培训前后的基本理论知识和临床技能水平的测试成绩进行比较,差异有显著性。结论以“因材施教”为原则的临床教学方法,使学员的整体水平在培训后有了显著提高,取得了较好的培训效果。Objective To explore effective clinical teaching methods in standardized training of general practitioners. Methods A series of training prograrus were set according to the pre-training exam of basic medical knowledge and clinical skills: case discussion, role play, clinical technical practice on simulated patients. The effects of the teaching methods were assessed by comparing the trainees' basic medical knowledge and clinical skills before and after training. Results There were significant differences between the trainees' exam scores before and after training. Conclusion The overall level of the trainees was improved obviously and sarisfactory training results were achieved by the clinical teaching method according to the trainees' basic level.
