摘　　要：教师的教学能力是影响教学质量的关键因素。从教师教学活动全过程的三个阶段分析教师的教学能力。将教师教学能力归纳为教学认知能力、教学操作能力、教学监控能力,并分析这三类教学能力的培养途径。指出在教学能力的形成、发展和发挥的过程中,教学动机、知识水平、教学经验将起到重要的作用。Teacher's teaching ability is the key factors affecting teaching quality. This paper analyzes teacher's teaching ability from the whole teaching process of three stages, and sums it up to cognitive ability, operative ability, and supervision ability. The paper also analyzes the approaches to cultivating the three teaching ability. It points out that motivation, knowledge level, and experience play an important role in the formation, development, and application of teaching ability.
