摘　　要：该文首先分析了目前个人知识管理研究的现状与存在的问题,然后分析了信息技术对个人知识管理带来的影响,在此基础上提出了研究个人知识管理需要明确的几个基本问题。The article analyses the actualities and problems in the study of Personal Knowledge Management, then points out the influence of the information technology to PKM. On the basis of the above, the author puts forward several basic questions in PKM study.
