摘　　要：阐述了对高校校院两级教学管理体制的认识,论述了推行校院两级教学管理的必要性,提出了校院两级教学管理的建设性意见。This article elaborate the understanding of the university - college two class teaching management system, discuss the necessity of the two class teaching management system and put forward some constructive opinion.
