摘　　要：在终身教育和基础教育课程改革的背景下,中小学教师继续教育要适应社会经济发展的需要,课程设置应遵循时代性原则、开放性原则、发展性原则、主体性原则、师范性原则和实效性原则。With ihe arrival of the era of lifelong education and the reform of basic education curriculum, the continuing education of the primary and secondary school teachers has to meet the needs of socio-economie development, the curriculum construction should follow the principles of the times, the principle of openness, principles of development, principles of main, principles of teachers and principles of effectiveness.
