The value of clinical application is obvious. The present revies describes the genetic therapy for ADA,AIDS,Cancer,Cancer gene and cancer vaccine. The genetic therapy with thymidine kinase and cytokines are also involved. It is believed that the genetic therapy as a routine method is bound to be applicated widely in genetic and adult diseases(multifactorial diseases) for diagnosis,prevention and treatment in clinical practices in 21 century.
