金工实习中数控加工教学方法研究

摘　　要：阐述了金工实习的重要性以及数控加工在金工实习中的地位,详细介绍了西南大学数控实习的组织方式和时间安排,对数控教学内容和教学方法进行了探讨,根据自己的实践经验总结了一条可行的教学方法,即理论与举例并行,为以后的实践教学提供了一定的借鉴作用。This paper expounds the importance of metalworking practice and the status of numerical control machining in metalworking practice, details the organizing mode and the time arrangement, discusses the teaching methods and teaching contents of numerical control, and puts forward a viable teaching method according to our own practice experience—— illustration of theoretical principles with adequate examples, so as to provide references for practice teaching hereafter.
