摘　　要：随着新课程改革的推进和综合课程改革试验的逐步铺开,教学组织形式改革已成为教育改革的热点问题。教师合作教学是影响教学活动及其效果的一个重要因素,它对于充分开发与利用教学人力资源、提高教育教学质量、完善师生整体人格、建设学校和谐社会有着积极的意义。With the development of the new curriculum reform and the gradual spread of the integrated curriculum experiment, teaching organizational form has become the hot issue of the educational innovation, Teachers＇ cooperative teaching is one of the most important factors which influence the teaching activities and their effects. It takes an active role in exploring and making full use of teaching staff resources,in improving the quality of the education and completin,, the whole personalitv of the teachers and students ,and in constructin,, the harmonious campus.
