摘　　要：阐述了高等职业教育实施因材施教的必要性和可行性。探讨高职院校只有采取灵活多样、适用的教学改革措施,实施因材施教,才能办出特色,提高教育质量。This paper elaborates the necessities of carrying out higher vocational education and the possibilities of various teaching from students to students. It explores ： only by flexible, various and suitable teaching reform measures and by various teaching from students to students, can we improve teaching quality with a feature.
