摘　　要：设βα(α≥1)为单位球上α-Bloch空间,Jgf(z)=∫01f(tz)Rg(tz)dt/t为加权Cesaro算子,Igf(z)=∫01g(tz)Rf(tz)dt/t为其共轭算子.给出了加权Cesaro算子及其共轭算子在α-Bloch空间βα上的有界性和紧性充要条件.主要结果为:设α≥1,f为B上全纯函数,则If是βα到βα上的有界算子的充要条件是supz∈B|f(z)|<+∞;If是βα到βα上的紧算子的充要条件是f≡0.Abstract： Letβ^α（α≥l） be the α-Bloch space in the unit ball. LetJgf（z）=f（tz）Rg（tz）dt/t be weighted Cesaro operator with holomorphic symbol g, andIgf（z）=g（tz）Rf（tz）dt/t be adjoint operator of Jg.We proved the boundedness and compactness of weighted Cesaro operator and itsadjoint operator onβ^α.The main results are ： let α≥1, f is holomorphic on B, If is bounded on β^αif and only ifsup｜f（z）｜〈＋∞ and If is compact onβ^α if and only if f=0.
