摘　　要：介绍了车前草的化学成分及作用,在此基础上研究了车前草苹果汁饮料的加工过程。产品酸甜可口,营养丰富,并具有保健功能。Chemical components and function of plantain were introduced in this paper, The processing technique of plantain apple juice healthy beverage was researched, The juice had the taste with acid and sweet. It was rich in nutrients and had healthy care functions.
