摘  要:磁流体作为一种机能性流体具有屈服应力高,不需要高电压且使用温度范围广,对流体中的水及杂物不敏感等特点。用这种流体制成的减振器具有阻尼力快速可调的优点。本文在比较了磁流体与电流体特点的基础上,试验研究了试制的磁流体减振器的阻尼力特性。结果表明这种磁流体减振器的反应迅速,能适用于振动系统的实时控制。Magnetorheological (MR) fluid has received a great deal of attention in the recent years. Comparing with its analogs of electrorheological (ER) fluid, MR fluid is not sensitive to impurities,and little particle fluid separation takes place in MR fluids under common flow conditions. Therefore, MR fluids appear to be attractive alternative to ER fluids for use, especially in the controllable fluid absorbers. In this study, following the analysis of the characteristics exhibited by the MR fluids and ER fluids, the static and dynamic characteristics of a MR fluid absorber are investigated with an experimental setup. The results show that the MR damper is rapid-response and suitable for vibration control system.
