摘 要:本文从目前我国企业服务外包人才管理所面临的现实问题着手,论述了加强服务外包人才管理的重要意义,并结合案例分析了国外服务外包人才管理的经验。同时,在对国内服务外包行业发展及企业服务外包人才管理进行总结的基础上,比较和分析了我国服务外包人才管理的优势和不足,并从管理学的角度对企业实施服务外包人才管理的策略进行了探讨。Along with the development of global economy, service outsourcing plays more and more important role in the growth of modem services industry, calling for strengthening the study of service outsourcing talent management. This paper first discusses the current problems of service outsourcing talent management that we are facing today; it introduces the importance of strengthening service outsourcing talent management, and then the paper analyzes the experiences of service outsourcing talent management in foreign countries by using some cases. At the same time, this paper also compares and analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of service outsourcing talent management in China based on the studies of the development of service outsourcing industry in China and the summary of service outsourcing talent management in Chinese enterprises. Finally, the paper explores some implementation strategies for managing service outsourcing talent in Chinese firms from the perspective of management theory.
