摘　　要：创新型人才培养的核心问题是培养和提高学生的创新能力。学生创新能力的形成与发展依赖于程序性知识的获得。在当今高校人才培养改革的实践中,程序性知识的研究性学习是发展学生创新能力,培养创新型人才的重要途径。The core of quality-oriented education is to cultivate and improve students ability. Acquisition of proce dural knowledge is an effective solution to the relationship between knowledge learning and ability development. The procedural knowledge research study in the practice of cultivation of innoative talents in universities. Finally transforms into the procedural knowledge, solves the problem with it. Thus it can develop students＇ innovative ability and cultivate innovative talents.
