摘  要:传承计划的制定与实施有助于推动家族企业的成功延续。本文通过对浙江省51位家族企业创始人和54位创业企业家子女的实证研究发现:在目前我国家族企业的传承实践中,传承计划往往被大多数企业所忽视;在企业的传承过程中,董事会尚未发挥实质性的作用;创业企业家仍是传承过程的主导者,他们的内部传承意愿对传承计划各要素的实施都有着显著的影响;子女愿意接班能够推动家族企业对继承人的选择和培训,有助于企业传承后愿景和发展战略的制定以及企业家离任后角色的明确;家族对企业的承诺有助于家族企业明确传承后的愿景和发展战略。It is generally agreed that succession planning is one of the most significant factors determining the continuity of the family firm. The data from 51 incumbent leaders and 54 successors of family firms in Zhejiang Province show that many family firms still leave succession planning to chance, the existence of a board of directors doesn't enhance the extent of succession planning. The study also shows that the incumbent's desire to keep the business in the family is the primary driver of succession planning activities, as it significantly affects the incidence of all succession-planning-related activities. And the propensity of a trusted successor to take over significantly affects three of the five activities except the clarification of the ownership stake after succession and the dissemination of the succession decision, while the family's commitment to the business only has a significant impact on the extent of strategic planning.
