摘　　要："中职教师在职攻读硕士学位"是我国专业学位教育史上的一种新形态。在职攻读"硕士学位"的中职教师我们可谓之"中职硕士",目前,在培养过程中出现了许多亟待解决的问题,其中大多数问题均可归结为政策问题并由合适的政策来规范或解决。确立一种新的专业学位——职业技术教育硕士,很有必要。这种专业学位教育形态在其发展过程中将会为一种更加完善的中职教师专业化教育形态所取代。The secondary vocational school teachers in service studying for the master degree is a new educational form of professional degree in the history of professional degree education in China.The secondary vocational school teachers in service studying for the master degree can be called ＂MA for SVS＂. At present, there are a lot of problems to be solved urgently in the practice, most of the problems may boil bown to the policy problems and can be specified and settled by suitable policies.It is necessary to establish a new professional degree——vocational and technological educational master. The new cultivating form of professional degree should be replaced by the more improved cultivating form of specialization of teachers in secondary vocational school.
