苜蓿干草粉生产高活性膳食纤维技术的研究

摘　　要：以苜蓿干草粉为原料，改进传统生产工艺技术，研制出高活性的膳食纤维（HAFA）产品，其中膳食纤维含量高达77．66％、粗蛋白质9．33％、粗脂肪3．60％、膨胀力5．71mL／g、持水力680％，还含有多种矿物质和微量元素。提出该产品的研发建设基地的建议。High active dietary fiber additive, which was made from alfalfa dry powder by improved traditioral production technology, contained 77.66% high active dietary fiber additive, 9.33% crude protein, 3.6% crude fat, and its expansive and water holding capacity were 5.71 mug and 680%respectively. The fiber additive also contained many kinds of miner elements. Suggestions to establish research and development base of the product were made.
