摘　　要：教师教育改革是当前中国教育改革的重要方面,在这个过程中,基础教育的呼唤是教师教育改革的动力源之一。广西师范大学与中小学建立教师教育合作伙伴关系采取了以下措施:整合优质资源,组建创新团队;构建合作共同体,形成新的合作机制;设计合作步骤,促进自主项目发展。这为教师教育改革探索出了一条新路,初步显现出进一步探索的价值。Teachers education reform is an important aspect in current China educational reform. In this course, the call of basic education is the source of motive power for teacher education reform. Chuangxi Normal University has taken such measures as follows to construct teachers education cooperative partnership ： firstly, integrating good quality resources and making innovative team; secondly, constructing cooperation community and making a new cooperation mechanism; thirdly, designing cooperation procedures and promoting the development of autonomous projects. This helps find a new way for teachers education reform and preliminarily, show the value of further research.
