摘  要:从车体动态特性分析入手分析研究摩托车振动舒适性。以某125摩托车为例,采用仿真和试验相结合的方法分析摩托车车架、车架挂发动机的模态特性,建立了一种有效的简化了的车架挂发动机有限元模型。分析了发动机对车体动特性的影响,以及车体动特性与激励的匹配关系。针对该车架提出了改进方案,模态分析表明车体结构模态特性得到了改善。整车平顺性道路试验结果表明改进后的车架较好地改善了整车振动舒适性。Vibration comfort of motorcycle was analyzed and improved from the view of dynamic characteristic of motorcycle body. The modal analyses of a certain 125CC motorcycle frame with and without engine were carried out through experimental method and finite element method. Results show that the simplified finite element model of frame with engine is accurate. The effect of engine on modal characteristic of body and the matching of body with the excitations from engine and road were analyzed. An improved project was presented to improve modal characteristics of the motorcycle body, and was validated by experimental modal analysis and road test of riding comfort, which show that the ride quality is effectively improved by amended body.
