摘　　要：作为一门大学课程的批判性思维,目前已经在世界先进的教育教学体系中占据极为重要的地位。但是,在国内,关于什么是批判性思维,批判性思维与高校素质教育之间的关系是什么等问题的探讨,还处于起步阶段。这势必对我国素质教育的推进带来负面影响,也不利于创新型国家的建设。As a course in university, critical thinking has held an especially important place in modem system of teaching. But we just begin to discuss the following problems： what is critical thinking , what is the relationship between critical thinking and quality education. This will make a negative influence on quality education in China, and will go against constructing innovative nation. This article will make some efforts.
