摘　　要：本文介绍了微机模糊控制在糖厂煮糖过程中的应用。实践结果表明，参数自调整Ｆｕｚｚｙ－ＰＩ控制器响应速度快，稳态精度高。煮糖质量比手工操作明显提高。this paper introduces the application of microcomputer fuzzy control in the process of boiling sugar. The practical results show that the Parameters Self-adjusting Fuzzy-PI controller has a faster responding speed and a higher stable precision. Compared with manual operation, the sugar quality improve obviously and obtain staisfactory control result.
