摘　　要：反求工程是指根据已有产品或产品原型构造其三维模型的过程。目前,反求工程已成为世界各国消化、吸收国内外先进技术和对现有产品进行改进的一个重要手段。主要研究基于ICT(Industrial Computed Tomography)切片图像的反求重构技术,其中包括ICT切片图像预处理、中间灰度图象的插植、轮廓数据的跟踪及轮廓曲线拟合等,最后转化为CLI格式进行快速成型。Reverse engineering is a process of constructing 3D model of product by existent or its prototype. At present, the technology of RE is digested and absorbed by all the country,and is an important channel of betterment the products. This dis sertation mainly studies reverse and reconstruction technology based on ICT（Industrial Computed Tomography） slice image. ICT slice image processing, middle image interpolation, contour tracing and curve -fitting,at last, CLI format is applied to rap id prototyping.
