摘  要:随着高校津贴分配制度的运行,教职工反映津贴分配差距过大,不公平。就高校津贴分配是否公平,借用基尼系数理论进行研究。许多要制定公平合理的高校津贴分配制度,必须进一步明确深化高校津贴分配制度的目标,运用科学理论设置岗位绩效津贴,正确处理公平与效率的关系,创建科学合理的规章制度,教育教职工要树立正确的公平观。With the implementation of allowance system in institutions of higher learning, there has been an increasing number of complaints among the staff members about the big income gap and the unjustness of the system. The paper makes an attempt to study the allowance system using Gini Coefficient. To build up a fair allowance system in institutions of higher learning, it is advisable that we make clear the aim of deepening our allowance system reform and set up an allowance system based on achievement and efficieney requirements of each post with the help of scientific theories. We should also deal with the relationship between fairness and efficiency correctly and set up scientific and resonable rules and regulations. Besides, the staff members should be educated so that they will adopt a right attitude towards fairness.
