摘 要:当前高师人才培养应该从实践的观点和专业化的视角来审视。教师专业化发展主要有3类取向、实践—反思取向和生态取向。依照这3类不同的发展取向,高等师范院校的教育实践改革就会有不同的路径。The personal training of higher normal schools should be currently carried out by examining closely from the perspectives of practice and specialization. The development of teachers' specialization can mainly fall into 3 orientations : Orientation of sense, Orientation of practical introspection, Orientation of ecology. The reform of educational practice of higher normal schools will take on different ways in accordance with these 3 different developmental orientations.
