摘  要:企业为了获取持续竞争优势,需要适时进行战略调整。战略调整是企业经营发展过程中对过去选择的、目前正在实施的战略方向或线路的改变。企业战略调整应该借鉴刺猬理念,按照激励、调整、重组和创办新企业四种机制来操作。组织学习是企业战略调整成功的重要保障。组织学习应该同时发生在企业个体、群体和组织三个层次,并采取直觉、解释、整合和制度化四个相互联系的微观过程。It is necessary for corporations to carry out strategic adjustment in appropriate time in order to acquire sustainable competitive advantage. Strategic adjustment is the changes in the strategic direction or route chosen in the past or being implemented now. Enterprises' strategic adjustment should use the hedgehog idea for reference and operate according to the four mechanisms of inspiring, adjusting, restructuring and setting up new enterprises. Organizational learning is an important guarantee for the success of enterprise strategic adjustment. Organizational learning should occur simultaneously in the three levels of individual, group and organization and adopt the four interlinking micro- processes of intuiting, interpreting, integrating and institutionalizing.
