宜春学院医学生营养知识、态度及饮食行为调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解宜春学院医学生营养知识、态度及饮食行为,为开展营养健康教育及干预提供依据。[方法]采用自行设计的营养知识、态度及饮食行为问卷,对宜春学院医学院386名一～三年级的大学生进行调查。[结果]医学生的营养知识缺乏,回答正确率总体上在50%左右,并存在一些不合理的饮食行为,有27.2%的学生不能坚持每天吃早餐,而且早餐质量较差,早餐品种较单调。另外,每天喝牛奶的学生仅有9.8%,但他们具有良好的接受营养教育的态度,有89.6%学生愿意为了健康改变不良饮食习惯,92.5%的学生愿意以后更多地关注营养知识。[结论]多数学生缺乏必要的营养知识,饮食行为不合理,但接受营养知识的态度较好,应加强医学生营养知识教育,纠正不良的饮食行为,促进身体健康。[ Objective] To investigate the nutrition knowledge, attitude and dietary behaviors of medical students in Yichun university, and to provide a basis for implementing nutrition and health education and intervention. [Methods] A total of 386 medical college students including freshman to junior in medical school of Yichuan university were investigated with selfdesigned questionnaires about nutrition, attitude and dietary behaviors. [ Results] Medical students were lack of nutrition knowledge, approximately 50% of them eon＇ectly answered the nutrition knowledge, and some non-reasonable dietary behaviors existed in these students. 27.2% of these students could not insist have breakfast everyday, while the breakfast was low quality and lack of variety. Besides, only 9.8% of these students drank milk everyday, but they had good attitude to accept nutrition education. 89.6% of them would like to change their unhealthy dietary habit as well as 92.5% of them would like to acquire more knowledge in the futurc. [Conclusion] Maiority of the students are lack of nutrition knowledge and have non-reasonable dietary behaviors, while they have good attitude to accept nutrition knowledge. Efforts should be taken to strengthen the education of nutrition knowledge in medical students, correct unhealthy dietary behaviors, and improve their health.
