摘　　要：随着我国水产品产量的增加,水产品食品安全问题也越来越受到各方关注。我国历来十分重视食品安全问题,RFID技术的广泛应用,为上海乃至全国水产品质量的提升提供了有力的技术支撑。文章从我国水产品食品安全入手,简要介绍了RFID技术原理及其在水产方面的应用,最后提出利用RFID技术提升水产品质量的几点思考。With the increase of Chinese fishery products, the issue on fishery products safety has attracted more and more attention. The broad application of RFID has provided a strong technical support to the quality improvement of fishery products in Shanghai and even in the whole country.
