摘　　要：伴随着改革的深化,社会分工更加细化,对人才的要求越来越专业化。在这样的社会大背景之下,职业技术教育的作用日益凸显。通过职业教育可以使人获得职业技能,促进就业,保证和谐社会的建立。本文将借鉴香港职业教育的经验,抛砖引玉,就如何完善大陆职业教育提出一些建议。Along with the deepening of reform, the social division of labor more refined, more and more specialized personnel are required. In this social environment, the role of vocational and technical education is becoming increasingly prominent. Through vocational education people can get vocational skills, and be easier to find jobs, which ensures the establishment of a harmonious society. This paper draws on the experience of vocational education in Hong Kong, and put forward some suggestions on how to improve vocational education in mainland.
