摘　　要：通过对我国乡镇卫生人力资源的数量、质量、结构和分布等问题的分析,探讨了医学教育在为改善我国乡镇卫生人力资源状况中未能发挥其应用功效的原因,并据此从医学教育层面提出了为改善我国乡镇卫生人力资源状况应采取的措施与建议。By analys our country township human resources quantity, quality, structure, distribution and so on,it discussed the medicine education to improve in our country township health human resources condition not to be able to display its application effect the reason, according to the above and proposed from the medicine education stratification plane for improves the measure and the suggestion which our country township health human resources condition should adopt.
