摘  要:从微弧氧化与磁控溅射技术原理的角度,分析了两种表面处理方法在环境保护及性能设计等方面的工艺优点和所得涂层的性能特点;总结了两种工艺处理的金属制品因整体性价比提高而为产品带来的竞争优势;并以技术原理和应用实例为依据,探讨了微弧氧化与磁控溅射在制造业轻量化和精密化进程中应有的功能,以期为寻求扩大中国制造业利润空间的良策起到抛砖引玉作用。The technical advantages in environment protection and property design, and behavior characteristics of coatings prepared by microarc oxidation and magnetron sputter ion plating were analyzed from the perspective of technical principles ; the competitive advantages of metal products treated by the two technologies in terms of increased ratio of performance to cost were summarized; then the prospective functions of microarc oxidation and magnetron sputtering in weight-lighten and precision procedure of manufacturing industry were discussed in accordance with the technical principles and applications. Based on all above, it is expected that public attention on seeking good strategies for enlarging benefits to China's manufacturing industry will be aroused.
