摘　　要：一部被称为建国以来征求意见最多、立法过程最为审慎的法律,何以在它出台后引发了如此巨大、激烈的冲突与矛盾？ 《劳动合同法》会在何种程度上重塑中国商业社会？ 《中国企业家》采访了数十位企业家，并且访问了多位立法的主导者、参与者、知情者，还原了一个少为人知的立法过程，探访它可能将给企业个体、产业形势带来的影响。There has never been such a law that shocked,panicked and terrified Chinese entrepreneurial world as a whole within thirty years of reform and open-up era.Obey or disobey?Avert or execute?Wait or retreat?The Labor Contract Law has brought about complex feelings to tens of thousands of enterprises and their employees. Whatever choice enterprises may take will directly determine the fate of those who are employed or about to be employed. Is the law a progress or retrogress upon China's business development?Under such a fierce debate between antagonists and protagonists,the Labor Contract Law was hunched nationwide on January 1,2008. What role does the Labor Contract Law play regarding China's business development?How will it influence Chinese economy?Reporters from China Entrepreneur flied to some cities including Shenzhen,Dongguan,Shanghai and Hangzhou and interviewed several entrepreneurs as well as legislators,consultants and the like,trying to portray a complete picture of how the Law was born and how it has affected all stakeholders.
